FITT LITE Mentoring Programme Minimize
The LITE programme has been running since 2013 and continues to improve and evolve. This year we are running a LITE programme in Sydney, focused on women with between 3 months and 2 years’ work experience. 

Selection Criteria

Our LITE mentoring programme is an initiativedesigned to expand and support of FITT’s primary objectives:

Inspire women in the industry to achieve their personal aspirations and potential AND Assist women to broaden their understanding ofthe ICT industry.

For the LITE rate of $250 the FITT LITE Mentoring Programme includes:

·      Participation in a  6 month early career programme focused on  the challenges experienced in transitioning to a corporate environment

·      A number of discussion groups focusing on areas of importance for women just starting out in their ICT careers

·      The opportunity for one on one mentoring

·      Mentee/mentor networking evening, creating an alumnus

NB:There are a small number of sponsored positions available that, should you wish to apply, will be allocated on a ‘first in,first served basis’ according to the date the application is received. These positions will be allocated after the interviews and at the time the matches are confirmed. Applicants will be informed at that stage and must be prepared to pay the fee if not successful


Locations Available

The LITE programme will only be available in Sydney in 2015.
